1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using patriottechcareers.com (the "Site"), submitting an application, or communicating with a Patriot Dealerships recruiter ("Patriot", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for adults age 18 or older who are considering employment with Patriot. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you submit is accurate and belongs to you.

3. Not an offer of employment

Nothing on the Site — including job descriptions, pay ranges, benefits copy, interview scheduling, and recruiter communications — constitutes an offer of employment or a guarantee of continued employment. Any employment relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement and Patriot's standard onboarding process. Employment with Patriot is at-will to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Applications and content you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any information you submit through the Site (including résumés, certifications, references, and free-text notes). You agree not to submit information that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party. Patriot may verify, decline, or retain applications in accordance with its hiring practices and applicable law.

By submitting content, you grant Patriot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy and communicating with you about opportunities at Patriot.

5. Communications and text messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Patriot recruiters about your interest, your application, and scheduling interviews or shop visits. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not withdraw your application.

6. Applicant portal

The applicant portal lets you look up your application by ID and email. You are responsible for keeping your application ID confidential. Do not share your application details on shared or public devices. Patriot may modify, suspend, or discontinue the portal at any time.

7. Interview scheduling & shop visits

Scheduled interviews and shop visits are requests until confirmed by a Patriot recruiter. We will make every reasonable effort to honor your requested time; modifications may be needed based on store operations and technician availability. Please arrive on time and follow site safety instructions during shop visits.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site, other users' applications, or Patriot systems.
• Interfere with, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site or its underlying services.
• Submit malware, spam, or automated queries not permitted by Patriot.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and code, is owned by Patriot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Photos of Patriot facilities, staff, billboards, and events are provided for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced without permission. The Patriot Dealerships name, crown mark, and related trademarks are the property of Patriot.

10. Third-party content and links

The Site may embed or link to third-party content (for example, news articles, social media widgets, embedded videos, PDFs, or map services). Patriot does not control and is not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uptime, and availability. Statements about pay, benefits, training reimbursement, tools, uniforms, and career growth are goals and program descriptions, not guarantees, and are subject to change based on role, location, tenure, and business conditions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patriot from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
